Farrell has 15 years experience practicing Yoga. His classes are mid paced Hatha, Vinyasa sequences and are led with emphasis on correct alignment of the skeletal muscular system coupled with breathing techniques to form a strong synergy between body and mind.
His teaching methods are adaptable to all levels from beginner to advanced and his knowledge of bio-mechanics is essential to those wishing to work through old persistent injuries.
Having traveled India extensively in search of knowledge and experience Farrell has studied Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore and meditation with the Buddhist monks of the Himalayas in Dharamshala to name but a few of his gained experiences with India’s finest teachers.
Farrell also offers Pranayama (breath work) sessions. Both relaxing and invigorating, these sessions are aimed at removing mental impurities, emotional blockages and resolve in a meditative state of awareness.
Farrell wishes to offer Yoga to his clients in both its contemporary and traditional forms and principles.
