Whether you’re at a beginners level or an advanced level of flexibility, our Personal Trainers can work with you to improve your flexibility using proven methods including developmental stretching and Fierce and Hot Yoga techniques. Flexibility helps activate and lengthen muscles to prevent injury and is a significant part of our NSNG Formula.

STRENGTHENING AND CONDITIONING
If you’re looking to build strength and a more conditioned version of yourself our Personal Trainers will customise your workout, i.e. the weight and number of reps, making sure that you’re pushed to your limits in a safe and controlled way. Additionally, when you join NSNG, you’ll be introduced to our Nutritionist who will work with you to ensure you maintain the right amount of protein in your diet which is an essential part of our strengthening and conditioning Programme.

WEIGHT LOSS
All of our Personal Trainers are well versed in calculating metabolic rates and can advise on how to increase those rates to help you burn food faster, sleep better and control stress levels. Additionally, when you join NSNG there will be a Nutritionist at hand to review your current eating habits and provide you with a new personalised nutrition and diet plan.

HIIT TRAINING
If you’re looking to be pushed to your absolute limit our High Intensity Interval Training Programme with NSNG is the Programme for you. Our Personal Trainers will put together a HIIT Programme to keep your heart rate high throughout a full hour-long session, the perfect way to speed up your metabolic rate which enhances any weight-loss Programme.

BOXING TRAINING
The great thing about boxing it covers nearly 3 of our expertise in one session. 1 cardio fitness 2 hiit training 3 weight loss. Not to mention boxing is a great way to release stress. You will also find very quickly that you will build endurance very quickly. You will feel your RHR coming down literally within two weeks of a boxing course and thats guaranteed. You don’t need to get in a ring and box anyone. Your trainer will take you through a program with the pads.

ABS TRAINING
Whether you’re preparing for a holiday or you simply want to look your best, our Personal Trainers will help you meet your objective. This goal is the most common among gym goers but not only because people long for the appearance of abs but also because core strength is an essential tool to help meet all other gym goals. Working with our Personal Trainers, a Nutritionist and by following our easy-to-follow E-book ’30 Day Abs’ you too can achieve this goal.

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS
Our Personal Trainers can offer careful and controlled cardiovascular training sessions by setting heart rate zones during exercises or variable heart rate intervals. Cardiovascular fitness is somewhat of a forgotten discipline in an increasing world of strengthening and conditioning but our Personal Trainers can apply this science to your existing Programme. This tool would allow us to see if an athlete is performing the correct exercise for their physical condition.

HEALTH REHABILITATION
Our Personal Trainers are highly skilled allowing us to identify factors that can contribute and affect your health and, where possible, they will help find a manageable solution to fit into your existing daily routine. This can have an immediate but long-lasting positive impact on your life. There are many factors that contribute to modern day health problems such as under eating, over eating, eating toxic foods, under sleeping, worrying, over working and many more. We can help identify these problems and provide manageable solutions.

PRE AND POSTNATAL
Our Personal Trainers have the knowledge to safely guide you through your pre and postnatal fitness. Each trimester presents different challenges which will be identified and a tailored program adopted. During pregnancy you may experience a whole host of physical changes, hormone level changes, as well as blood pressure changes and some muscle groups can be forced into separation. Our postnatal Programmes are designed to gently ease you back into exercise and get your body back to its optimal fitness and beyond.
