We are not just trainers that want to train you for and hour we want you to maximise your lifestyle. So in this step we need to make sure that every area is covered from health issues to sleep patterns to lifestyle choices to injuries to nutritional information and physical activity. We take your measurements from body fat to visceral fat BMI and lean skeletal muscle. We also check your metabolic rate. This information is all passed on to our nutritionists.
