Please do your absolute best to complete all the videos, if they are to hard just lower your reps or the weight you are carrying. Or lower your intensity.
Yes please I have designed it with that in mind. Making sure you get the most of it by doing it in the order placed.
If it was easy everyone would do it. You have got this far. Find it within you to give that extra push, without causing yourself and injury. You will be proud of yourself after.
I would first complete the program as it is. Once you have done it once and understand how the days work, maybe go back and do it again. With a mix and match of the days.
